It all started when two friends were promoting research to bring sustainable development to our society. And we realised that as HR specialists we could contribute to the most in organisational management and development.

We started our journey in 2012 as a recruitment partner to the IT companies, then we started to manage payroll and other things of remote employee management.

At the time of covid -19 situation we understood the impact of remote work on organisational development and sustainability of our planet.

The challenges with remote work management was to manage the performance of the remote employees. Long distance work relations were costing the company with uncertainty.
So we came up with a holistic solution with the integration of Artificial Intelligence for employee health & performance management. We named it –
IHMS – IOT (Wearable device) Based health & performance management system with integrated AI.

With Our IHMS system our team can create an automated virtual manager with decision making and future prediction capabilities.

We have an expert team of Recruitment, Payroll and HR specialists. We also have teams of IT specialists and Data security specialists.
